I, like most of my friends, was sure that panel had written result card of candidate in front of it ( m talking abt generals era)...but last year justice bhagwan das denied it when one of my friend had an argument with panel during his interview .My friend insisted that panel should not have it n justice said WE DONT HAVE......
As i believe, PANEL DO HAVE MARKS SHEET BUT ASSESSMENT IN INTERVIEW IS DONE IRRESPECTIVE OF CANDIDATE,S PERFORMANCE IN WRITTEN.Bcos results show that many candidates of higher written score have low score in viva n vice versa....

well my written score was discussed by Mr chairman during my interview....rather i should say he commented on my marks in written...so this time panel had written result card in front of them.

Friends,

Why is it against the spirits of interview if interview panel holds your transcript of written prior to interviewing you? Honestly, I don't bother about it. Instead, I appreciate it. And my sense suggests that they keep all marks details of written of every candidate.

written marks sheet + psychological report + Biodata Form (Profile of candidate)
