Same is the case in Punjab allocations. Nutshell, the number of women allocated after the last provincial candidate will always be equal to the reserved seats for that particular province.
Daer Sir............
As for as my knowlege is concerned, women seats which are reserved are to be filled compulsory by women. if a women is in merit no 78 and she opt for IRS, than she will be allocated to that group on reserved seat of that group, but that seat will be referrd to be open merit seat. So that seat will be filled by a women in other group of low merit number.

Default For K.P. Fellows

I see much speculation on the re-allocation list around here. Since it affects some of my friends from K.P. I want to inform you that I am not joining PSP so that might have a positive externality for some of you.

Best of Luck!

Since 145th is da last candidate allocated on Punjab quota so u need six candidates frm punjab 'not to join'.

I see rare chances.

Why 4?

i think you're not counting the two women i.e. merit no. 146 and 153 (already allocated on women quota), but u must count them.

Suppose if only candidate from punjab chooses not to join, then merit no. 146 (Miss Irum Ali) will fall in the provincial quota, and hence one women seat will be offered to merit no. 193 i.e. Sabiha Parveen.
