i share just one subject with you yasir.i dont know about other subjects.so as far as indo pak is concerned you should start from the begining.and keep syllabus infront of you.ofcourse syllabus start with muslim invasion on sindh so you should start from there.dont leave any thing.its a history subject and question can be asked from any period or any mughal king etc.
buy the books by K.Ali and one by sohail bhatti.take help from internet and wikipedia and your work will be done.
for m.law,ir,pashto,B,ad search the relevant threads and post your query there.people concerned will surely help you there.ok

yes its better not to appear if your preparation is not good or satisfactory.as you are doing a job so it gets difficult to concentrate but still you are giving 5 hours thats pretty good on your part.as you are going to appear in 2012 so you have ample time left.buy the required books,study them and make notes on them.memorizing books is good but if you make notes of them then it will give you a lot of benefit during exams.
just put down the main points.dont copy all the material on notebook.
notes will help you a lot.one year is enough to prepare all this stuff and make notes of your own.
you are lucky that you have studied these subjects in your graduation.keep them in css too.dont change your subjects.these are fine.indo pak persian journalism etc are quite good.
one more subject is needed.search the syllabus see the past papers and then select that subject.

as far as my begining is concerned then it was very simple.i bought the books from lahore joined cssforum.keeping syllabus infront of me i prepared every thing.its like this.people tell you the technique here or in any academy.you just have to put your hard work.
