Default Wrong name spelling by FPSC & ED

A part of my name "AHMAD SHAKEEL BABAR" is wrongly spelled in all FPSC and ED correspondence as "Ahmed".

Can this variation create any problem in future? and If I want to get it right, what is the procedure?

Should I go for changing it or simply leave it (if its not hazardous ) ?

Please advise.

It can be problematic, right application to FPSC/ED to correct the name urgently.

I just had a look on all my official documents. The "baboos" of the educational institutes (on my degrees) put me like this;

Matriculation: Ahmed
Inter: Ahmed
Graduation: Ahmad
MBA(transcript): Ahmad
MBA(Degree): Ahmed

I have been writing Ahmad in all official documents. But it seems, except graduation degree, all other have "Ahmed" and perhaps that is why FPSC/ED preferred to believe Matriculation Degree instead of me.

So, now all documents which I have been preparing or following up like bank accounts, passport, professional experience certificates etc write me as "Ahmad" (the only worthy document in this category is passport) but official "baboos" have been writing me as "Ahmed".

So whats the way forward? Should I start writing Ahmed instead of Ahmad? if yes, what about passport than? Can it work like this on passport?

Well brother that could be a terrible situation in future. You have to harmonize the name in all documents. You must change Graduation & MBA degree, because it is easy. Don't take it lightly, do it now.

In official Government Documents there is a rule that "e" is used for Ahmed rather than "a".

Thanks. I think so as well. So now "ahmad" has to be replaced with "ahmed" on three documents:

1. Graduation Degree: It is important, I will try to do it before joining CTP.

2. MBA Transcript: I think transcript does not matter a lot. The name on MBA degree is right. So, if i leave it as it is, what do you say?

3. Passport: Does it needs to be changed as well or for the time being it can work with "ahmad"?

Passport can work I think. Harmony must exist between educational documents. Transcript does not needed, degree needed.
