After css 2011 result

As the final result of css 2011 is announced and dms of passed candidates are released it shows that people have scored more in written as compared to previous years and candidates who could not clear written part due to compart in any subject their written scores are also high in 650-725 slot.
it is apparent that was a pain for fpsc therefore many candidates were wiped in interview by strict question althought appointment are made on merit but interview was also kept strcit as compare to pervious years.
after css 2011 it seems that FPSC have changed it policy and gave tought question in css 2012 and it is apparent that student will get less score in css 2012 as compared to css 2011 maybe my assumption are wrong or based on my personal observation or opioion but readers are best judge and they will descide seniors and members of honourable forum please comment on my post

You are right that FPSC has realized its miktake and changed pattern this time around. Previosly, each year papers were containting repeatitive questions. One could get even 20 out of 20 in MCQs by just preparing past years papers. You can compare CE 2011 question papers with the previous papers. You would find that these followed a stereotypical way. Thats why people scored high in CE 2011 written.

But, as far as CE 2012 is concerned, its papers give one an idea that now FPSC has decided to play smartly with candidates to get the 'cream' out 'right first time'. So that people with genious not just memory could be scrutinized. Allah khair hi kare. Ameen!

Pata nahin yar you just need to give your best shot rest Leave to Allah..Nothing else we can do.There is no any teacher in frontg of us whom we could blame for not coming the same Qs which we prepared.Moreover,we dont know how would the mood of an examiner be...Its totally based on Luck..

pattern of the papers in CSS-2012 was a little different, almost each papers has some questions which could not be answered by just cramming, they need concepts and analytical point of views plus a clear intellectual mind.

no doubt, a few trends have been changed in the marking system and paper setting as compared to the previous years....for example 90 were the highest marks in English precis paper in 2010, it never happened in the history before, interview marks now given are much higher as compared to the past.245 250 were never granted to the candidates in the previous years but since 2009, this change is visible.....similarly questions are now more analytical in nature, so it is natural and this change is positive as well, otherwise it was assumed for FPSC that it is following the same old trends.....there are several reasons for this change including increased number of aspirants each year...but the point is, you have to maintain your identity and you have to prove yourself no matter what trends are being followed.

ur assumption is right TAJAMUL ....as 2012 candidates really faced a great failure of academies strategies and tragic change of syllabus or course of fpsc.....as they chngd past 10 yrs pattern
