Default Merit list omitting provinces names
Sorry, I think CSS quota seems to have expired from this year as it is for the first time that respective provinces are not indicated against the names of the final qualifiers

I hope my observation turns out to be untrue.

My apologies. Quota is very much intact. See: instructions at the bottom of press release.
