How will MNO 7 and 10 land in open merit when top 5 candidates are going to take these seats up? There will be 5 seats of open merit (DMG + PSP) at maximum, from what I know.

there will be 3 open merit DMG seats, and 2 PSP open merit seats, I knw merit no. 7 and 10 has PSP as first choice. ALL pakistan top three will get DMG/PSP from open merit. IF 1,2,3, has DMG on open merit and merit no. 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9 do not have PSP as first choice, only then 7 and 10 will get PSP on open merit quota. otherwise they will get PSP on sindh sural quota.
