I think there are ample chances that mehran khan, ansar shah and ghulam fareed as well as bushra iqbal rao manages to get the open merit seats of foreign service and income tax.....as bushra iqbal rao's first choice is foreign service whereas mehran khan and others shall not be able to obtain their first two choices including pas, psp and customs......I think they have chances for open merit seats of income tax and foreign service....let us see..if any one sheds light on this aspect....

can any one tell who is ansar shah and what are his preferences?

Default sharing of information

as per information received, sindh rural has the following seats
psp 2 general seats and one reserved for women
pas 3 general seats and one reserved for women
customs one general seat
irs 4 general seatas
fsp 2 general seats and one minority
audit and accounts 2 general seats
omg 6 general seats
mlc zero
trade and commerce zero
postal and railways zero
rest of the seats are carried over seats...now the passed candidates can make guess as to where they would fall...moreover, pressure can also be exerted for enhancement of seats

Your estimates leave about 20 seats for Sindh Rural excluding minority and reserved seats for women. This minuscule share of Sindh R speaks for itself about the injustice and unfairness of the system. I wonder would Sindh Urban be getting a larger chunk of seats compared to Sindh R?

well there are left over seats for sindh urban due to less competition whereas seats allocated to sindh rural are fresh having no carry over seats....anyways....it is like that......
