and how to cross 160 plus and should i keep it as an optional or leave it, please.

Respected Member, please lets be pragmatic, scarf, beard or other such issues do not affect panel's judgement. I know many people (male, female) who had beard and appeared in interview in shalwar kameez. I also know a female DMG officer who appeared in her interview in Burka.
So please dont challenege the integrity of FPSC Panel.
Lets accept it pragmatically, may be those who scored low in interview, could not perform well, according to the standards and criteria of the panel.

I had best interview of my life, flawless, didnt drop any question, no cross questioning, no harsh argument, satisfied all members, have experience of over three years of administration/management, being a PMS officer, yet got only 180 marks.
I may sound odd to you guys but i think I am being pragmatic.

I dropped 4 or five questions like the name of dam on river Nile in Egypt and such stupid and non-sensical questions.( not requiring an answer based on my intellect and my own point of view) and scored 214.
so, dropping a question is by no means a criterion to judge someone.
