Very simple ...
Multiply 0.115×5=0.575 customs
0.115×49=5.6 omg
0.115×40=4.6 IRS
Continue in the same manner and then round off the numbers you get in the end.
Yaar, it ll get very clumsy to explain ... as I am doing from mobile.
IA. You ll see either we would have 6 omg seats, 0 pcs or 5 omg seats, 1 pcs.

Its my assessment, also as I am not a big fan of pcs so let me clear whether we have customs seat or not, atleast it doesn't affect me.
But it's a wonderful occupational group.

Well, no doubt about PCS being a wonderful group.
Anyway, I didn't mean to challenge your calculating skills, but a quota of 0.57 can be rounded to 0.6 not 1.00.
Anyway, i don't think a seat of customs would affect you any way. Because if KP gets it, Sadia is going to be one lucky girl. If it does not, someone who is hoping IRS will lose his slot.
So,may Allah bestow that on everyone which is good for him in the longer run.
have seen many ladies crying after serving 10 years in FsP.

Missing link found .... Awais the last person whom we were searching is M.Naeem khan ... he also gave css 2011. He is at merit 442.

Plus we have to revisit our allocation assessment as I found some problem with it.

as they say looks are decptive, so are names, bro.
i think you translated his full name Naeem Khan Swati into a Kpian.
Naeem is member of this forum with Naeem khan1 as his nick. If his posts are to be trusted, he hails from AJK.

No reserved seat for women in PAS. That's for sure.

Women have a quota of 10%
So 10% of 4 is 0.4 which cannot be rounded to 1.00 by any means( provided one's dad is secretary establishment).
And last year women had got a seat in PASout of total 5 seats. So , PAS for women , next year.

It is just an estimate, changes can be there. But chances are there...
And by the way you quoted old allocation in post, I have made revised version.

With all due respect and forgive me if I am being rude, but brother you seriously need to keep it low in this thread. I asked you multiple times that whether you are from KP or not and you stated "you are not". We are very thankful for your help but seriously you are creating disturbance here now. We have worked real hard on working out this probable allocation list and have consulted some serving CSPs , so brother PLEASE !
