CSS 2013 will be low scoring competition and 650 to 670 would be a good score.
Essay would be the filter and interview would be decisive for good allocation.

I think there is a special quota for th minorities so in my view you should get easily allocated if you pass. check with the FPSC to see what they have to say about the minorities and scheduled castes quota. ask them if it is separate or are you going to be considered for all the following quotas:

Merit
Province
Women
Scheduled Castes.

I think you should be considered for all these, and thus it will increase your chances. but check with them anyway. i dont know how scheduled castes quota works.

I am from Punjab and I am a Christian. My first preference is DMG. What are my chances for allocation in CE-13?
