This result has further strengthened my belief that CSS is heavily dependent on luck...

18 days prep ke sath allocated aur 30 days prep aur better papers ke sath fail...

Its really absurd that how FPSC suddenly twisted.There are lots of people who passed in 2012 exams have now failed in 2013 which is absolute shock for all of us.Anyway,I would like to congratulate all those CE-13 qualifiers with the core of my heart.
