Default Why Are We ultrasensitve To Failure?

It would not be wrong to say that this rsults reflects the picture of lucky draw and ultimatly a disappointing one but we should consider few things;

I saw someone here writing that it was his first attempt and his age allowed him to avail furter two as well but he said good-bye to css just because it was his first failure in life and his hard work went vain.many other aspirants who could not cross the line this year are frustrated and are in great despair,But does it the quality of successful people that they never fail in life?As for as i ve read about successful fellows they ve one thing common in them,their failure become the cause of their success.isn't it??

Secondly,to get an allocation we have to lie somewhere within top 150,atleast in punjab.passing does not matter,allocaton matters a lot.if we are not in top 238 then...............you can imagine.

So it would be wise to gird up our lions with thinking that Allah ve planned something far better than this for us..

Regards!

This isn't about the sensitivity there are certain facts to be considered. Firstly, there is nothing certain in this exam you give exam and then you wait for the indefinite period, knowing nothing whatsoever. Failure is not depressing, we have seen many and being a Pakistani we are akin to it now.

Well, somebody speculated that the low success ratio might be the cause of rechecking. Why recheck? Because FPSCs credibility was at stake, It was not our fault. If somebody passes the exam he should be given the chance to appear in the interview, whether he is allocated or not. This is something very new that candidates were shortlisted after qualifying.(though not established)

Secondly, I'd like to comment on the ratio. A blunder was witnessed in Faisalabad and even then the highest number of qualifying candidates are from there. It is a question mark. And not all of us are from Punjab, this isn't a Punjab Public service commission rather it is a FEDERAL. And every province has a quota, I wonder what would be the mental condition of PUKHTUNKHWA candidates as only 4 qualified 2 from Abbottabad and 2 from Peshawar. So, dear If FPSC is so concerned over allocation then taking interviews shall be abandoned as it would be the waste of time and resources we give to the members in perks and privileges.

Thirdly, just before the result some candidates receive emails in the name of FPSC. Here the institution's secrecy is breached. And to the surprise majority of the candidates who received those emails are fail... And this issue would never be highlighted as this is how it goes in this country.

Lastly, everybody is just giving lectures on luck. Luck can never be the only factor to determine one's success. Is me koi do rae nai k kal ko hum kahen ge drone b Allah ki taraf se hain... I feel sorry for all deserving who failed. Or specially apne KPK k bhaion or behnon k gham me brabar ka shareek hun cause is bar sab se ziada ye he THUKE hain... May b shaid hum ne vote PTI ko de die

Css is a love-affair and getting rejected in love isn't easy to overcome. Only time heals the broken heart!

We are actually not ultrasensitive. Its all about that 2% ratio. No one raised objections during previous years when in most of the cases, passing percentage used to be around 10%. So, why only this year?

This is only because that Fpsc had lost its credibility , even before the announcement of result .
