Bad luck. But why have u wasted 6 years for 99.99% uncertainity? CSS is only game of 4 months for ist attempt, 2 months 4 2nd attempt, 3 months 4 3rd attempt.
If 4 months are not enough then it means u can't do css in 5 years also.
25000 students are appearing in 2014. 24700 will be failed. Relying on FPSC 4 job is not good approach. Waiting 4 results is also bad approach. Changing optionals again & again is time wasting activity.
For ist attempt:
Css intro, syllabus, subjects: 1 week
Essay: 2 weeks
English: 2 weeks
EDS: 2 weeks
Pak affair: 1 week
Current affair+ Gk: 1 week
Islamic studies: 1 week
optionals: 6 weeks
Interview: 1 week

For 2nd Attempt:

Essay: 1 week
English: 1 week
EDS: 1 week
C.A: 1 week
P.A + IS: 1 week
Optionals: 3 weeks
Interview: 1 week

For 3rd attempt:
Motivation therapy with Psychatrist & Mentor : 2 weeks
Essay + Eng+ C.A: 1 month
EDS+P.A+IS: 2 weeks
Optionals: 3 weeks
Motivation therapy with Psychatrist: 1 week
Interview: 1 week

If some one does not achieve desired result then he should feel pleasure.
Because these 9 months will give more knowledge and experience than 16 years of education. These 9 months will groom your personality, knowledge, thinking.
Reward of 9 months is knowledge. Allocation is only gift to you by your luck and God.

FPSC never adjusts marks to keep anyone's merit position low. Don't discourage aspirants for no actual reason.

Excuse me! CE-2009 k result mein first column serial no. ka hai jis mein inka serial no. 649 hai and 2nd column merit number ka hai jis mein inka merit number 752 hai and 3rd column roll no. ka hai and inka roll no. 5773 hai. Please columns ki headings check karen. jo k CE-2012 mein different hai.
CE-2009 mein serial no. 649 hai inka, samny merit no. 752 in 2nd column, so itny years mein bhool gaye hongy to merit no. 752 ki jaga 753 likh gaye. Check serial no. 649 in CE-2009.

Alright. Well, his merit position is actually 752 and not 753.
I am so sorry, In fact, I searched for his given merit number (753) in both columns. Since the digits were different, so I ended up in a misleading conclusion.

I don't know how does it feel to fail in your third attempt, especially when you have passed your first two attempts. I don't have any words to console you.
