Science subjects are more helpful with compare to art subjects in terms of scoring. All you need is a better preparation and well understanding off science subjects. I am also interested to appear in 2014 and my optional subjects are;
Indo-Pak History= right now confused to take this subject
Sociology
International Relations
Public administration
Journalism

Because people start preparation late hence they have limited time left, also most of the science graduate are either having job are engaged in research degrees like MS/M.Phil hence they just take general and scoring subjects, they usually opt 1 science subject which they have studied in masters. Science subjects require full concentration and focus, as selected study may not prove fruitful hence it will take lot of time. These are few factors which lead to leave science subjects.

These subjects are not low scoring, these can give very good sore and solid marks but with the full concentration and complete study. So if any one has enough time he can opt science subjects and can pass them with flying colours.

choose one more subject to make 600 marks. If u have good grip on accounting , then choose it. see past papers and analyze your capabilities regarding all subjects. Subjects are good overall. try to replace jurisprudence with any other.

Smile CSS 2014 Aspirants

Hi everyone..

Glad to see all the early preparation going on for the 2014 exam. I'm currently living overseas but am a Pakistani citizen and was wondering if someone would be able to fill me in on the following details of the 2014 exam.

What are the dates for the exams?
What is the deadline for applications and subject selection?
Are there any special requirements for overseas residents?

Also, is there any official website containing all this information or the correct contact details?

Thanks heaps in advance, and sincere good luck to all of you
