I am so much puzzled i don't know how to start where to focus , as i am also doing job in evening i study approximately 4-5 hours mostly focus on dawn and some time EDS.

can you guide me in detail?

well i am new in this forum, i want to start studying for css 2014 . i am here to get some help from senior members here . I have an engineering background , so i need some help in choosing my subjects and also i want an idea how to start studying for the exam .

sociology is better than ir but Punjabi is better than both of them as it is language and language gets higher score

good start
first improve english than start other subjects.
my focus on english also because good english matters a lot in css and many cadidates suffer due to english.
