first of all go through my post once again we have to be determinent, suppose you are not interested in eds compulsary what will you do in that case ? never bound yourself with your choice, or interest you are in the race and you have to be a speedy participant in this breakneck race. saty blessed |

@alihashmatkhoso / apocalypse
my view is about optionals . we are competing and remember only those wins the competition who have the quick decision power.suggestions are always welcome but do what u want to do .
i myself take suggestions but i do what i feels correct. and remember no one is responsible for your wrong decisions but everyone is ready to take credit of your correct and good decision. interest is to built in . as far as interset in compulsory is concerned, these subjects are to prepare because they are compulsory. in optionals u have the choice , so avail it. interest matters a lot in scoring remember, confidence and decision are necessary for competition. good wishes for all

But optionals are there for a reason, to do good and recover all the marks required to go for the passing/allocating score. It is also true that there are some subjects in which candidates consistently score high marks over the years. But bear in mind if one does not have an aptitude for a subject they can't pass it no matter how much the scoring trend prevails. So selecting a specific optional just on its scoring trend is a disaster within itself. Before selecting any optional, I recommend you go through last 4-5 years exam question papers provided on the FPSC website, this is very important. Furthermore selecting Indo Pak History on the basis that Pak Affairs preparation will cover half the syllabus is a delusion, same goes for Islamic History/Islamiat and International Relations/Current Affairs. Each optional subject is a separate entity and thus it should be treated as one. Select according to your academic background and interest. |

I cannot opt for the regional languages because I cannot even speak Punjabi,Pashto etc. Then how will I be able to keep them in CSS exam. So can you recommend any other subject that is more scoring than Sociology?
