@ KAMB : "Public Administration with special Reference to Pakistan" By Dr.Sultan Khan is the book that is most preferred by CSPs and is enough to prepare for CSS.

Hey guys, how is your preparation? I planned for 2014 but due to few reasons I cannot compete now so I am planning for 2015.

Moreover, its highly scoring if properly prepared and attempted . Plus point:also helps in islamiat

Comparatively , Psychology is a subject for a person like me who feels easy with theoritical stuff than grasping history and its dates . Psychology ,again you dont need to cover all the topics . Yes its theoritical as well as analytical and not dry as islamic history . Hence , having psycho as optional i feel comfortable with it and 20 days are enough if given proper time .

For both , you dont need to have a background . Both are vast but not tough depending upon which subject you can easily manage.

BEST OF LUCK !

Secondly , dont get drag with others views on your subjects . I believe if you are good in handling what you have choose go with it . In the end its all about how you presented no body can mark you wrong in that .

Its fine , if you have no other optionals left . Just prepare to-the-point for the subjects you dont have much time , background and even interest .

CSS IS NOT ABOUT HARDWORK ITS ABOUT SMART WORK
Is Islamic History your subject? What are the important topics in your opinion then?

@khanum common dear it 's a competitive exam so please control your nerves.

Just go through the books and just check your stamina of writing and handling pressure which will help alot in your attempts.

Pressure handle krna Tuff nahn just heart and mind ko strong krne k bat ha.

Remember
Dreams don't work unless you do.
