It is also said that if a subjects goes low scoring for consecutive three years, then it gives good scores in fourth year & U.S history has been low scoring for past 3yrs I guess

I have started all my prep from past papers.. nothing more or less..
Some notes & google the things particularly
SMART study plan, rather thsn in depth..

Now-a-days, am studying EDS ( have just started prep, almost done vd Psychology.. so am good in it.. Islamiat.. easy for me as per CSS perspective, no doubt.. After EDS, I would start English Precis IA and that would further follow P.A & Islamiat.. )

How about your plan so far??

Well, I am following almost the same approach. Have NOA notes, which are mostly useless. Also have Jahangir's Exam Cram series books which are outstanding & most importantly, I go to FPSC site, see course outline & use google search & make my own notes; topic-wise. Last year I appeared in exam after a preparation of just a month. It was a wonderful experience for me. Though I don't expect much from last year's exam but I have tested myself & now I know I can pass it if I do a little more effort.

This is the last attempt i am allowed in, both age wise and attempt number wise. So I wish some aspirants be in contact with me. Hence for I am in contact with this forum, and know no one in reality. Like other CSS aspirant my ambition for CSS is high. I failed in First CSS, Failed in applied maths second time, and now I am in again with same subjects.
So can I have some way to contact you instantly?

Sorry to that you were unsuccessful in previous attempts. Brother, unfortunately you failed because you opted for one of the most unrecommended subject.
