1. how to apply for css ce-2014 online.
2. Can i submit the challan online to fpsc, if yes then how it can be done

You should submit form by hand in central or any regional office of FPSC. you cal also send it by post but you'll be worried all the time that whether my form has reached the destination or not, so you can submit it by hand in FPSC Peshawar office or Islamabad, which ever is feasible for you.

yes, you can staple the other pictures with the form.

1. Print Challan Form
2. Fill the challan form and deposit fee in National Bank.
3. Make an account of FPSC website
4. Complete your profile by adding information
5. Fill the form and apply for css
6. Print the form and send it to FPSC along with educational certificates, domicile certificate, Challan form and pictures.

What about noc . I m a lecturer.what if a do not submit the noc or at a later stage

Try to submit the DPC to your parent department/ministry as soon as possible. Then it is the duty of your department to submit DPC to FPSC.
You can submit it at later stages but you might face some problems.

I applied through proper channel for CE-2013 and i submitted DPC to my department on 11th dec (last date of forms submission was 31st dec) and my department submitted the DPC to FPSC on 15th Jan'2013. What i mean to say is that Government department don't care about your exams etc, they often delay such tasks, therefore try to submit it as early as possible.

Default Intermediate Certificate missing
Respected members, as intermediate certificate is mentioned in the list of documents required by the FPSC, what if someone does not have intermediate certificate? Would his/her application form be accepted?
