WoA Dear please elaborate how could possibly your friend had appeared in the exam when she was underage ? Her candidature would have been canceled before commencement of exam.. And as far as the attempt, if possibly taken, wouldn't count as it's simple logic dear when some one is overage but he has one chance, in terms of attempts taken, his chance won't be counted... similarly when underage she wouldn't have taken the attempt and simply applying for it won't be counted...

I have graduated this year and the clearance process of my university leading to the issuance of degree is taking too long. Can I register myself for CSS 2014 exams with only DMC or provisional ? Or is degree necessary?

how should i fill up the treasury recipt? what about the mention of "C-02101-ORGAN OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE (FPSC RECIPT)" AM I SUPPOSE TO WRITE THIS THING ANY WHERE ON THE RECEIPT?

Yes you can apply for CE-2014 with your DMC but in the mean time do get your Degree as they will ask for it later when examining your particulars after commencement of the exam...

Download the challan available at www.fpsc.gov.pk it is already filled with the bank account details just fill in your name and in particulars of amount do fill CE-2014... you'll get one of the challan receipt it'll have no. and date... you'll have to fill it in the form in the check list..

You can submit form at any provincial office as well as regional offices mentioned in the advertisement and can also directly courier it to FPSC Head office and last date for submission is 31st oct 2013..
