I am unable to grasp the meaning of a note written on top of Page No. 7 of the application form. It says, "Candidate should not write his/her postal address care of Post Box Number etc. as postal authorities do not accept registered letters at such an address". Does this mean that we need to mention the Post Box Number in the address or we don't?
Kindly tell me the meaning of this statement.

It means that your postal address should not contain [B]C/O: P.O Box No.[/B], though it can be [B]C/O: Any person[/B]..
