yes, you will get a receipt after submission of your form. Which can prove handy in future correspondence.

you filled it correctly. I believe the person who is unable to fill his form, he has no right to appear in CSS exam. Every thing is mentioned in the rules but we dont read it and instead make folly questions on this forum (however i am not pointing you irum).

Those who are from provincially administered tribal areas (PATA) should tick punjab tribal area. it includes DGKHAN and Rajanpur (some specific tribal areas not the city). as in case of mine it is punjab tribal area as i am from Rajanpur Tribal area and i have the privilege of age relaxation of 2 years as well.

The forum members have no objection over such type of questions, we guide all the interested candidates quite happily. They can ask any question regarding CSS-2014 in this thread. No question is folly/foolish for us.

DPC will be sent by your department, however you can attach photocopy of application which you have written for DPC to your department.

PATA includes tribal areas of DGKHAN and Rajanpur
the tribes include Mazari Dreshak Leghari Kaisrani Gorchani etc

a4 paper runs short of space when you get if printed in landscape as fpsc directs. you are therefore suggested to use legal paper and landscape style for printing computed generated form.

Yes attest all documents. In case of pictures, attest all from backside except the one which is pasted on form. If you haven't appeared in CE yet then leave it blank.

I have another query,during online apply they have asked about eligibility qualification tick R for eligible and M for mbbs and F foreign degree. After which degree i am tick on R.because i am mba qualification last.can i tick after adding b.com qualification on R circle because b.com degree fulfill eligibilty critera.but when i have tick on R after adding b.com qualification they show in profile b.com on top and mba on 2nd number and than fsc and than matric. I hope senior understand my qurey.kindly give me info.after which degree i have tick on circle.

Nothing to be confused. Simply attest all four pictures on the backside. Please read the form checklist very carefully.

Online application requires us to mention not only years of study but also the beginning date and month of study and ending month and date as well now the mark sheet contains only date of deceleration of result so what to put as date and month (years of studying a degree are clear ) if i don't write date and month information never gets saved

Dear,you can write any date of that month in which your result was announced because no academic document confirms the date of result's announcement.However,month is usually written on mark sheets and other testimonials.Therefore,you can put any date of that month and it is not such a big problem brother.

salam to all,

As am new to this forum and interested to appear for CSS this time insha ALLAH.. But I have been adviced by my fellow that I should apply for the PMS instead... Now I am confused that for what should I go?
Kindly an u tell me that whether there is any difference in PMS and CSS courses, or what? I mean what makes these two different? and whether I should apply for the both in the same year???

Don't worry. you have done the right thing. It does not matter which degree is mentioned on top. your application will be accepted.

All 4 pictures to be attested on backside.

If your account is working then update your profile and apply with that account. Otherwise make a new account. I already had an account but when I opened the FPSC website, I was unable to log in and the message was "you don't have an account". If your account is working then don't forget to update your profile before applying.

Welcome to CSS forum.
If you are from KPK/FATA then there is no difference between syllabus of CSS and PMS but if you are from Punjab, Sindh OR Baluchistan then there is a lot of difference between CSS and PMS. Kindly visit the sections related to PMS/PCS of different provinces.
CSS examination is held every year in the month of Feb-March but PMS does not held every year, sometimes even after 3-4 years.

She has done Masters,

You can write the first day of your classes in the column "from" and in "to" column you can write the date when the result of your final year/semester was announced.
In my case it was from " 3rd January 2005" to " 12th December 2009".

yes you can submit the application form by hand at any Regional Office as well as Provincial Office... You also have the option to courier the application form to the FPSC Head Office Islamabad

"to" means the date on which you have completed your degree. You degree wasn't completed on the date your exam was concluded as there were chances, you might fail in one or more papers and may not complete your degree in that semester/year. So in " to" column one should write the date of announcement of result of final exam.
Taimoor Gondal sir can explain it to you in a better way, i guess.

i'm trying to fill out online application but it is not saving the education degree I add- when i click save at bottom of page, blank white page opens and when i click back, the info has not been saved.
having this issue for 5 days and have tried different computers but no luck.. any one can help plz??

I submitted fee today. Cashier gave me original copy and duplicate. I asked about candidate's copy. He said its ok not to have a candidates copy but duplicate.

Dear what internet browser are you using ? It may cause problems in other browsers so do try Internet Explorer (Built-in windows browser) and if the problem persists leave online application and submit the handwritten form and complete your application.

yes we do, when we submit it by hand at any prescribed office we get a receipt with our application form no. and the same thing happens when applied online that is when online application is complete it has your application form no. so do keep a copy with yourself of the printed hard copy of the application form.

Well dear it is the confirmation that you've registered successfully otherwise if there is any blunder in your application form it won't be accepted when submitting by hand as the clerk will check all your particulars along with your form but filling it correctly will be your responsibility.

I guess you are asking for the list of candidates after closing date so FPSC doesn't upload the list of candidates applied (for CSS )as there are about more than 10,000 applicants so you'll get your admit card as final confirmation of your application

after applying for css online print the online application attach all relevant documents and pictures attested along with treasury receipt and mail them to fpsc via tcs or submit personally
