If you leave this attempt, then you would have two more chances i.e. CE-2015 and CE-2016. If you think you are not well-prepared then leave it. Otherwise, sit in CE-2014.

brother i think you should take next year's exams reason is that you are not the only one thinking that you have not enough preparation.there are so many candidates including myself who thinks that they are not well preparaed yet and even there are so many candidates who have just started preparation and still there is ample time left and if one is sincere and focused then can do this.

secondly you have already the experience and you know the pressure of the exams on one's nerves so use your previous knowledge with current preparation and be confident. HAVE FAITH IN ALLAH ALMIGHTY.

AND BROTHER THE BEST THING WHICH YOU CAN DO IN THIS SITUATION IS ISTIKHARA.
take guidance from ALLAH ALMIGHTY that whether you should go ahead in this regard?

dear bro, as you've got the experience of CE-2011 and you must know that CSS is a nerve test. I'm sharing my own experience of CSS-2009, KPPMS-2011, CSS-2012 and CSS-2013. Though my first attempt was a bit haphazard and failed to qualify even the written part but the later three attempts were carefully planned but still I failed to qualify, barring KPPMS-2011 where I couldn't secure allocation. So I'll advice you to go after the exams where luck counts more than planning and preps. I think Machiavelli was wrong when he said that half of fortune always remain in our hands when it comes to CSS.
