So is Form B, mentioning siblings (used in case of not having NIC because of being underage). If FPSC wanted PRC they would have separately mentioned it in requirements.

It says on the application form that we have to number the attached documents in continuation of the application form numbering. How do we number the 4xPhotos? Should they be all number 9 or 9a 9b 9c 9d or 9 10 11 12??

Put those attested photographs in a small envelope and then number it. I will not suggest you to number individual photographs.

I am trying to register online for CSS but every time the browser says that I am not registered with Fpsc and when I register it says that the activation code is not entered correctly. Kindly tell me if I cannot apply online then how do I register myself as I am planning to appear in 2015 exams. Please guide me how to apply ?

Well in that case one would not be eligible to take CSS so why would FPSC ask you to submit B Form....?

Any how its not written in the checklist so if you don't want to send it, its upto you.

it should not be so because these subjects do not have any issue to select at one time...these both can be opted according to rules ....you shuold make a call to FPSC on given numbers in the advertisement form ....best of luck

AOA,
you need to attach the photocopies of
matriculation certificate
intermediate certificate
bachelors degree
id card copy
4 photos
domicile photocopy
all above mentioned documents should be attested. photos on back side mentioning candidate name and father name.
original challan copy.
