no its just a grade which doesnt affect the cgpa... so am i eligible then? i should be right? whatever the scenario i wll be done way before the 31st so... enough grilling just tell me

well you have enough time,you can wait till you get your degree be issued.
CSS 2015 closing date for applications is 31st october.
I suggest you to start preparing and go for the CE-2016.
what you chose is up to you,but remember Haste makes Waste.

i could..but ive been preparing for ce 2015 for five months now. why should i waste that. i am eligible anyway
