Default FPSC's response regarding 'Challan No.' issue
Dear Sir,

With reference to subject mentioned above, I would like to inquire if the 'Challan No.' is necessary to be mentioned because my slip doesn't mention any such number (The bank official hasn't mentioned it, and I can't afford to visit their branch personally to get it rectified).

Your swift response would enable me to apply timely.

Challan number isn't that mandatory, you have the original challan that is proof enough...

Dear Mod,

I read here about missing information of self in the brothers/sisters (siblings) section.
Since it is a ''sibling'' section, it doesn't make sense to include 'self' in that list? I have already dispatched my hard copy to FPSC...should it matter?

Secondly, I have included a xerox copy of my degree certificate and diploma supplement indicating my transcripts...and i didn't get it attested..is that okay?

Well dear if they want it, they might want it for a reason and they have instructed to include yourself too.... so you should contact them as soon as possible.

The details only include relations (B,S,SS,SB,X), age, education and occupation...doesn't mention self? Para 23 is also titled '' Brothers/Sisters ''... It shouldn't matter but I'll still call them...

Secondly, i didn't have my copies of degree and diploma supplement (transcript/DMC) attested...is that fine?

That X is you.

Attestation is just formality, if you can then get them attested otherwise it won't get your application rejected if your docs are not attested.

where in challan form we have to write fee for CE 2016? there is no column to write this

Right under Particulars of the remittance & authority.... FPSC Examination Fee: CE-16

Whether I have to attach both or just original copy with form?
