i am lecturer in COMSATS islamabad. do i need a NOC to apply or not?
secondly can i sumbit fee to any branch of nbp in islamabad?

Yes you need NOC to apply for CE-16.

Pay fees in any online NBP Branch.

On the last page of my hard copy, my district is missing.

Is only printed copy of the DPC form provided by FPSC on its website, should be submitted to the Deptt's head?

I mean what is the proper way of submiting DPC form.

And what if it is to be submitted 2 to 3 before the last date for CSS applications, as it has been mentioned that the Deptt Itself is responsible to forward the DPC to the FPSC, not the candidate.

If you are working in a government organization that is neither autonomous nor semi-autonomous then use DPC provided on FPSC's website.

If the organization, you are working for, is autonomous or private then use NOC provided by your department. That can be obtained by the HR Department with an application to the concerned official.

And it is to be submitted along with hard copy of application form. However, few departments forward it to FPSC themselves. So you should ask your department about their policy.

No. Email, CNIC, Name and user ID once registered can not be changed, unless done so by FPSC itself.

One fellow member here had name spelling error so he contacted FPSC and they changed it for him because he was unable to do so.
