This is my Third Attempt......First attempt was 2010 and i failed essay.....Second Attempt was 2012 and i qualified...goe allocated to IG .....currently posted as PRO to Minister of Defence Khwajah Asif sb and Minister of Defence Production Ranan Tanveer Sb, simultaneously.
why are you preparing and planning to attempt again ?

You're being pessimistic. An optimist would be thinking to gain advantage of new pattern and he or she will top CSS 2016 exams, wherever he or she will be. So those aspirants that will be allocated are rightfully taking 2016 exams. Reality and time are with them but not with you for sure.
