the problem is that the board recognizes grade A for marks around 70% which would lower my percentage considerably. moreover there is no division mentioned on my result card.

If the grade is A+, the division is obviously first.
2nd, even if it does lower your percentage, it doesn't matter. No one cares about your previous results.
You can be a topper. It's not going to matter to FPSC.

Choose Grade A, if you want to select Division its 1st Division. And this is not your Board so A or A+, its same for FPSC because all that matters for FPSC is that you are eligible and have required qualification.

I have no Intermediate Certificate and B.A degree.
Can i apply with DMC and Pass Certicate ??

Yes you can but you will require it as they will ask for it in later stages. So apply and dispatch with Transcript and Pass Certificate but apply for degree as soon as possible.

They will not reject your application. However, even if your name comes in that list it will be rectified by providing these documents.

They will not reject your application. Don't worry and apply online for CE-17 and apply for your degrees as soon as possible.

If I submit my application along with all the requisite documents and later on if my application is rejected for some reason, will FPSC give me a second chance to make any necessary amends? And in how many days will they intimate me about such an error?

If your application is missing something or has some error, your name might appear in Provisional Rejected Candidates' List. You will be given a limited time to correct that error and if that error is corrected your candidature will be restored.
