Mention any dummy number in online application and later attach an application with your hard copy of online application form that you had taken previous attempt in year(XYZ) but have forgotten roll number that's why you have entered a dummy number in place of roll number.

I've been trying to submit my form online but the website keeps notifying me that I've not filled the occupational groups even when I have selected them. Is there a specific way to rank them? I need urgent help for it Please.

Have you tried any other browser ?

What about bodies which are autonomous yet government organizations?? Still one has to provide permission certificate??

My department is a govt organization but an autonomous body. they are not allowing NOC because the certificates says
"Certified that this Department/Office is not an Autonomous/Semi-autonomous body/organization."
What should one do in this scenario??

They still need to apply through proper channel so a simple NOC from your parent department will suffice the requirement.

Employees of Autonomous bodies don't need Annex-E.
