DPC should be detached and submitted to employing departmenet' means my concerned department will send it officially not i with my application hard copy . please clarify

It is not necessary to send DPC with your hardcopy as obtaining DPC can take time. Submit hardcopy to FPSC and request DPC from your department. Write "Will follow" in colomn L of Page # 6 of hardcopy. You can either ask your employing department to send it officially to FPSC or you can ask them to return it to you after signing it and then you can send to FPSC by yourself. You should write submition date oct 31 as mentioned in advertisement.

Some departments might consider sending it to FPSC by themselves but tell them that FPSC has strictly asked to submit DPC along with application form so they should issue you the DPC and not send it to FPSC separately.

However, if that mistake changes your address to a different address then rectify it.

1st relatives include your father's brother/sister and his/her siblings and your mother's brother/sister and his/her siblings.

For example, son of your father's brother is your 1st cousin.

By definition: A first degree relative is a family member who shares about 50 percent of their genes with a particular individual in a family.


Your khalu may or may not share your DNA (depends upon family relations). Even if he does, it will be less than 50% so not included in 1st relatives.



Anyhow if you are that confused about it, skip those you don't have any relation with anymore. Include only those with whom there are no family disputes.

Write dummy Roll Number and select Not Appeared.
Also write an application to FPSC , that you applied for CE 2016 and now you forget your roll number.
They check all application and their chances.
As in CE 2016 rejected list one aspirant who applied for 4th times without mentioning any previous record but they check and reject.

i have done BBS to name of examination main keya lekhun? and meray koe special subjects nahin thay like HRM, Marketing etc. sub business related subjects ka thora thora touch tha, to specialization subjects mainkeya lekha jaey?

2. after completing application bank main pesay jama karwanay ka keya tareeqa hoga mean k receipt yahan sey print out kar k bank ley jaoun ga ya bank walon k pas apne hoge? or agar yahan sey print kar k gaya to os pey numbering kesay aaaey ge like jo bank ke recipts pey serial number hotay hain jin sey transaction track ho sakte hain?

I am assuming its BBA and not BBS. In some institutes its called BBA(Honours) so if its BBA(Hons) or even just BBA then you may mention any major subjects of your 3rd and Final Year.


You have to take print out of the challan form provided by FPSC. (CE-17 Challan Form)

Fill in the required details that include your Name, CNIC, Particulars of the exam(CE-17) and amount of the fees, that's all you need to fill in rest are not your concern.

After you pay exam fee, 2 parts of challan form will be taken by the Bank and other 2 will be returned. In case you are returned only 1 copy(that is FPSC's copy) your copy will be the computerized receipt, keep it with you for your record.


Later fill in the challan form details online. You'll be asked about Bank Branch and Code as well as Challan number that will be written by bank cashier on your part of the challan form. If you can't find this challan number then skip it, its not that important.


That's it. After that select occupational groups, your optional subjects and submit your online application.

and ye BBS hey belongs to BBA family, asl main new hey to etna popular nahin hua abe tk.

Grab your original marksheets they will have an issuance date. Marksheets are usually issued after one month of result announcement. Use those dummy dates to fill in this data.

However, these dates should not be any dummy number but an approximation of the real dates.

Write BBS and in subjects mention any 3 major subjects you studied in 3rd and Final Year.

Do I have to write the district name in the tables on page 7 of the form (under the declaration)? If yes, what district do I have to write?
