Dear Sir,

I made a mistake in my online form and printed the final version.
Mistakenly, I mentioned my job at British Council which lasted from 2008 to 2012 in actual but don't know how its mentioned in the from 2008-2016.

Shall I attach a letter with my application prior sending to FPSC?

If yes can you please write me how should I address them about it?

Yes, you may attach an application with the subject: Request for rectification in the online record.

You may describe the situation there and conseqent rectification in the hard copy and request for rectification in the online record.


You may address it to Secretary FPSC.

Ok I will.
Do I need to change it by hand on hardcopy? or just the letter will do ?
As It was more of a contract and freelance job. is it necessary to have an experience letter attach with the application form?

Change it by hand on hard copy. It was freelance work so no need of any certificate.

I dont have original certificate of Intermediate but marks sheet. but I have original certificates of Matric and Graduation, can I send the attested copy of mark sheet, will it be accepted or not, main requirment is of Graduations origional certificate which I have

You may attach marksheet right now but apply for its re-issuance. They may ask for it in later stages.

Yes it fine. You have to attach FPSC copy with the application form and keep the duplicate with you.

Fill that number in red in your online form as receipt number.

Regarding computerised receipt, it is being provided by some branches and not all branches of NBP/SBP.

jab main sign in hota houn to mujhay koe or name dekhae deta hey, and jab main apne profile ko complete kar k apply karna chahta houn to lekha aata hey k you already applied and cant apply twice,

jab k main nain abhe tak apply he nahin key?

ye keya masla hey?
