Dear Sir,
thank you for swift replies.

I finally got hold of my Equivalence letter.
One final question do I have to attest equivalence letter as well?
I will be sending them tomorrow to FPSc In shaAllah

Salam sir, I have done Mphil, I have recieved my degrees/certificates upto BA, And transcripts of M.A and MPhil. Would I need the missing degrees at any stage later?

Yes they can ask for it at any stage so get them issued as soon as possible.

There won't be a list of approved candidates but list of Provisionally Rejected candidates. If your name isn't in that list then you are among the approved ones.
