Hi, one needs to be stupid beyond comprehension to think that thousands of candidates will retake the exam once more because some crooks buggered up, so we dont need to worry about any stupid petitions.

I'd rather be more worried about the results being delayed if faislabadis were to be re-examined, if at all.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried to contact the fpsc or has any updates as to whats happening about this whole thing?

Lastly, im kind of hoping for the results being announced somewhere between 15th sep- 15th oct which is i believe the usual time each year?

I think there is no need for exam retake, but one thing that perturbs me is re-exam of faisalabadians. To me these Faisalabadians who are involved in the scam must be punished n taken to task. Their papers and candidacy be cancelled and they must be banned to take exam in future as well.Their re-exam will facilitate them more than other candidates that despite their crime, they are supposed to appear in 2013 exam with a different difficulty level.

Anyhow, another news is that We need one person who have taken CSS-2013 CE and feel offended by the recent Faisalabad Scandal. Mr. Hassan (Wheeler), a lawyer from Lahore, and his firm is ready to represent the case in Lahore High Court without any fee on the pretext that this scandal have undermined his or her constitutional rights. In this petition, the petitioner only have to sign a letter of attorney and the rest will be handled by Mr. Hassan.

He has told me that chances of success are quite bright. In the case of success, the 2013 candidates will have to retake the exam, not the Faislabad center only.

A CE-2013 Faisalabad candidate is necessary but not mandatory. If anyone from anywhere in Pakistan feels he or she can become petitioner in this regard, kindly contact me.

May be, wheeler is among those who cheated or he is quite hopeless about his success in the exam, so he wants to put at risk the success of all those who worked real hard and deserver to be the winners. I think no sensible person will and should join wheeler's selfish act.

I have viewed some posts by him, where in he says that they qant to hire "another" advocate to file the petition and now is refering to himself as an advocate. I dont think they will get anywhere so bollocks to that.

Anyone knows what the fpsc is doing about this, as if they cant nail down tge perpetrators they have I guess no choice other than to re-examine faislabad. The question is WHEN? and if the results are going to get delayed due to this mess?

Mr wheeler is fooling the candidates. FPSC has its legal wing and have strong arguments to defeat any lawyer or firm. Only losers will waste thier time by filling petition, i can guarantee there is not a 1% chance of re-take.
