I have qualified the written exam of css2010. now i am preparing for the interview. may the seniors kindly help me regarding next mode of exam i.e psychological test and interview.
actually it was my first attempt and i don't know about the exact procedure etc. I don't have any other person in my vicinity who is doing it so that we can co-prepare. should i join any academy or not? please give me ur useful tips.

Dear if u arent living in any remote town and u hv access to any css academy nearby u then i wud recommend u to go for it besides getin help from this forum coz it wil give u a lot of exposure and interaction wid other aspirants..i dont recommend academies for written part but for interview prep they r gud
try reading maximum current affair related topics and your optional subjects
try giving maximum mock interviews to anyone dat mayb your friend or any family member teacher anyone but do give as it wil give u a lot of confidence
lastly if u hv any language problem that is to say if u find it to difficult to talk in english or you stammer or u arent fluent in english then dun be afraid its v normal just spare one hour daily select any topic in english read it a bit and start speaking on it wid yourself and trust me widin a week u wil find an amazing change in your english speaking skills ...Gud Luck

everyone has his own views regarding academies but i think they are not playing a good rule.i just came back from isd.i visited two famous academies there and they r just so so.in order to excel arrange a group of ur own or have interactions with csps bcoz i am doing the same.

Dear i agree wid u(im not in favor of academies at all) but i guess everyone doesnt hv an access to csps or even not in a position to form his own group so in dat very case i recommend to go for any gud reputable academy

Thanks to all 4 their guidance.As 4 academies r concerned, i am not interested in joining them coz 4 written i once joined a very famous academy at lahore but i couldn't get satisfied by the way they teach us. Another problem in joining the academy is that i am teaching at a college and i can't give up my job at this moment. As far my english proficiency is there,i am teaching at garrison college, which is totally an english medium institution and thank God i don't have any problem regarding the language. I liked the ideas of seeking guidance from csp(s) and conducting interviews with my friends and colleagues, and i'll go with it.

i got my papers for interview but also application form css2010 which we submitted before written exams of css 2010. the question is to again fill the form and submit the fee or waht#?
plz do answer me quick who ever reads it first. as 22 dec is my interview day

You don't have to submit the fee, just fill the form and take it along on the Psyc. Test day.
