Default A Question ?

Is it wierd to go before the inetrview panel with long hair( ? or is it IN-Decent ?
or is it OK ?

I am talking about men's hair ofcourse.

I mean if the interviewer is an Army man , can he tolerate a beard and long hair ? or do you really have to make a "Decent Appearance" ? Decent here refers to the customary definition , fine hair cut clean shave blah blah !

any idea ?

As far as i think,if the person taking your interview is an Army Officer,he at no cost will bear your grown shave, beard is acceptable but that too not a stylish one but a levelled one and decent looking!
And as far as haircut is concerned,Army officers cant bear a grown haircut at any cost, you need to have a excellent hair cut(not Bald )again levelled from both sides,as in Army there is no substitute of grown hair!!!
Secondly, other things that count in a interview is your dress and specially the way you enter and walk into the room!!!

hmmmm, dear it does'nt matter if there is an ex-soldier in front of you, it is must for you to look better and have ur hair cut and beard properly shaved or mannerly kept

the General jamshed gulzar kayaani is a very intelligent man, nd he has been relieved of his soldierly assignments three years back and perhaps this would b his last year as Chairman, FPSC and it is the possibility that ur interview would b taken by a panel chaired by someone else.

Asalkm

As far as the physical appearance of a canditate in interview is concerned, I think That the hair style, whether based on long hair or short, should not matter any deal because their is no written code of conduct for hairstyles to be followed by the candidates.
Although the hygenic condition of hair, i.e. whether dirty or clean, well dressed or shattered apart, oil and combed or left alone, may matter, as it reflects one's way of living, habbit and habbitat.
Provided, properly kept, long hair should not b a problem. The important thing is one's comfort. IF one is not genuinely a kind of person, who would keep a gentle hair cut and be ironed all the time, than it does not mean one's not decent or unappropriate for the civil service provided fit otherwise.
