Weight limits, both minimum and maximum, depend upon your height as well. They have a chart of different heights and their corresponding weight limits according to which they declare you over or under-weight. I guess such charts can be found on the internet as well.

thank you sir...
i have seen the charts on internet... according to them tha height 5'5" should have a weight 137-155lbs which is almost 70 kg maximum... with the large frame structure...
for the calculation of frame structure they gave the elbow size. and the elbow size for large frame structure is 2-3/8"-2-5/8".
sir now here is the problem... my elbow size is somewhat more than 3" and i have a weight of 65kg with height 5'5"
is it ok?
according tau elbow size... the weight is ok... but the elbow size its not even in the list for women... its in the list of men...

Dear ShirazaH86,

They don't have such elbow size based scales (atleast I didn't see those) and the chart I saw they were referring to was a simple one. It had height and weight in two columns and also they were not very strict in following that. Many candidates being slight over or under weight (ref. to the scale limits) were considered fit and they didn't receive any objection letter from medical board.

i just have a problem that currently im 19 years old and my height is 5.7/5.8
but my weight is not what it should be according to my actual height. My weight is exactly 50kg and it really feels embarrassing

Your weight should ideally be

Height Range
  • 5' 7'' 150-168 Lbs
  • 5' 8'' 152-172 Lbs
If your weight is less than these figures then i am afraid the medical board will ask you to gain some weight. You are 19 years of age and you still have 2 more years before you appear in the exam, so start a healthy diet and physical exercise.

Best of Luck

@ amna younas

You need to increase your body mass by putting on some muscle. I think your metabolism is way too fast. I would advise you to do some weight training with dumbbells (1.5 - 2 kg) three days per weak. Avoid aerobics. Take at least one day off in between. Eat loads of meat, vegetables, fruits, eggs etc and make sure that you sleep at least 9-10 hrs daily. Follow this routine for 2-3 months. I guarantee you that you'll get in a healthy shape and put up more weight.

regards,
floydian
