Default Query regarding Psychological Tests

Aoa seniors
in the application form for css there is a column for Psychological Tests and one has to answer it with yes or no and then write place for Psychological Tests .
My question is that if we ever had been to ISSB so do we have to answer this in YES and write ISSB in the place or answer it with no.

thanks in advance

PS this is my first attempt and never had been through Psychological Tests by FPSC but I have been to ISSB in the past
