I prepared from "Faridi's book",took help from cssforum.Any book written for ISSB can also be consulted.
@Wish Maker
They just asked to write about ourselves.No type of autobiography was mentioned by them.But be prepared,they can do this.

Some Sample Command Tasks:
Though i am unable to recall the exact statements and situations but these are some situatons which were given to my group
1)It was about construction of road and some local people were opposing its constrution.Involvment of Foriegn hand behind these locals ....
2)How to deal with the problems of education sector....how to improve the literacy rate in pakistan.
3)How to control the increasing population in Pakistan?
4)Iran...recntly affected by Floods...demanded some tents(30,000) from the Pakistan Govt...how to tackle this issue?
5)How to increase the tax net and how to make the tax collection system more efficient..?
6)It was about increase in custom duty on sanitary wares imported by Company B.Comapny B appealed in the Custom evaluation Board that this increase in custom duty is not justified.Collector custom is saying that it is justified .........

Cool My psy test
Here goes my experience:

DAY 1 Activities:

* Documents taken for Verification, to be returned in break at 11 or day end.
* Written IQ Test which included numerical and vocabulary questions (80 qs in 50 mins.)
* Sentence Completion Test 1: 35 in 8 mins
* Personality Traits Test with 3 choices each and in the end some analytical questions as well. 190 questions in 40 mins.
* Analytical Questions quite difficult, I must say. 45 questions in 40 mins.
* Personality Profile questions including qualities, likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, life experiences, fav books and personalities etc.
* Autobiography in 8 mins. choice was there to write either in urdu or english
* Short stories, starting sentences given and we had to build a story. 4 in 4 min each.
* Sentence Completion Test 2: 35 in 8 min.

DAY 2 Activities:

* Urdu group discussion. Taleem ka farogh dehshat gardi ko km kr skta hai, something like that topic
* English group discussion. about benefits of Privatization
* Command tasks. 15 min for preparation and 8 min for presentation and conclusion. I had to devise a Foreign Policy post cold war era

Q. Why u didnt join PAK army?
Q. Would you join PAS if you are posted to North Waziristan? I said jaan b haazir hai for PAK.
Q. Why do u want to leave a top ranked institute for Civil services?
Q. Some questions about USA's presidential campaign and PAK's debt.
Q. What improvements would u bring to the country, if appointed?
