Why aren't people sharing their experience in the psycho analysis? It has been a week since it all started however, no body has shared the details :-(

Dear Members,
I am going to share my psychological experience with you.
It was on Dec 05 2012.
Day 1:
Reporting time was 7:30 am.
First of all, they checked our original documents.(CNIC,Matric,FA,BA,MA,Domicile).we also submitted 4 security clearance forms,6 passport size pictures,application form,educational performa etc.These all documents were sent by FPSC along with Psychological letter.
After this we were guided to a test room,where we were given different writing activities.
Here goes the detail:
Session 1:
A) Personal Performa (candidates were asked to update their personal information…job related information, preferences and address related information).They took back this Performa after 10 minutes.
B) Intelligence Test: there were 80 questions in this test(Mathematical or number series,coding enconding,%age,ratio etc.) These were simple questions.
C) Sentence completion Test: I don’t remember the exact digit but I think they were 35 in number and time was very short….again exact time is not in my mind ..10 or 12 minutes 
D) Yes,No ? statements: These were 180 statements and we were asked to complete this test in 45 minutes. These were simple statements e.g
In your childhood,what did you enjoy the most
a) Building or making something
b) ?
c)Day Dreaming or thinking
After these activities there was a short break of 10-15 minutes
Session 2:
A) personality trait Questions:These questions were about our personality.40 questions were there and we were asked to complete them in 80 minutes.For example
2 fav books,personalities,events ,weaknesses,strengths etc.Some new additions were also there:
Two incidents of your childhood which changed your life:
positive
Negative
Have you ever tried to manage a dispute between your friends and colleagues? If yes…how did you manage it
Any leadership experience from your life…..etc
B) Logical Reasoning test: there were 40 questions and I don’t remember the exact
Time.
this test was the most difficult test 
like
my friends birthday was 9 days before if day after that day was Sunday what day is today?
Time on my watch is 12:30 pm and my watch is 15 minutes ahead from the actual time .It it takes 15 minutes to reach there at my friends home then at which time should I start journey if I have to attend the meeting at 20 pm
Then there was another break of 30 minutes
Session 3:
A) write about yourself in 8 minutes(Autobiography)
B) Story writing :four opening Sentences were given and we were asked to write story for each sentence in 4 minutes.
For example :He left his home in a condition of hopelessness and disappointment……………..
my friends and colleagues persuaded me to apply for another job………
C) Sentence Completion: Another set of 35 incomplete sentences was given to us .
this was the last activity of Day 1…They told us to reach there at 8:45 am on next day


Day 2:
Reporing Time: 8:45 am
We were guided to a room where we first marked our attendance and then we were guided to another room.In that room there were three psychologists,who were there to analyze our group activities.we were asked to have our seats ….which were arranged according to our Roll numbers.These seats were in a semi circle fashion and there was one chair before us.
we were instructed to ignore psychologists and to focus on our group activites.
A)They announced the Urdu Discussion topic first and that was”IMF per inhsar musalman mumalik k liay nuqsan dah ha”
15 minutes were allotted for discussion.
B)English Discussion topic was: “Sincerity of purpose is lost by our nation”(15 minutes)
D) Command Tasks files were given to candidates and there were 15 minutes to make a strategy .After 15 minutes we were asked to present our command task in 8 minutes
E) Interview with psychological:After group activites there was a break of 30 minutes and then we were guided to the same room turn by turn.Interviews was in urdu mostly.Questions about our personality,family background,education and professions were asked.

Discussions were open discussions and anyone can start discussion ....there was no direction to start from this or that side.Candidates were at their own will to contribute in the discussion or not.
Same for the command task ....any volunteer can start it.This is you who decide when to go for your presentation.
