Psychological assessment multan
Quote:
For picture story writing, we got three pictures which were.. 1. A guy is sitting behind his office desk with all the files & stuff lying around and another guy is talking to him sitting right next to him. 2. A guy is standing and an elderly woman is holding his arm while he is looking towards this other woman (comparatively younger) standing beside him. 3. A guy is lying on the ground all curled up and face down. There's another guy who's partially leaning over the first guy. Third one crouched nearby. This picture was really blurry. For group discussions, our topics were.. 1. Pakistan Amreeka ka dabao bardasht kar sakta hai. 2. Trade with India is more beneficial than with China. For Command task, I was to convene the meeting as head of an environmental development agency, formulating a strategy to preserve the local ecology (based on a report published by UN that thousands of species are endangered around the globe.) Others that I can recall were.. 1. We're trying to construct a road in locality but a certain group of armed people (presumed to be local residents assisted by neighboring country) is hindering the process. The project is vital and shouldn't be delayed. 2. Foreign traders who visit the country are bound to pay taxes after residing for more than a specific amount of time according to law, but they are evading taxes. 3. A specific country is asking to hand over an individual who is apprehended by the local police. Law says that he should be convicted locally but we can't endanger our relations with that country. There was this third country who wanted the guy as well. 4. We've got 5 billion from Government to invest in the local infrastructure of Police department to eradicate corruption, nepotism and unusual delay in hearing of cases, coupled with poor condition of the ones apprehended. If they're asking in Urdu, I think you should reply in Urdu as well. |

COMMAND TASK..
Country A: Pakistan is trying to establish good relations with it. A political leader of this country on a private visit to Pakistan. Back home, he is convicted of being involved in anti-state activities, so can not go back to home country. Country B: Pakistan enjoys good relations with it. That political leader of Country A has sought asylum in this country; though their embassy in Pakistan. Country B is likely to grant asylum and move him to his country. Country A wants Pakistan to hand over that person to them, and not being taken to country B with asylum. I was secretary ministry of foreign affairs and had to call a meeting to discuss the situation, analyzing our relations with both countries and the strategy to deal with it. Interview: There might be questions about family background, educational background, any experience. There were some questions from personal performa too, so be prepared about that.. |
