Default Asking 2nd time for groups preference ???
i have heard that fpsc asks for the group preference again after one clears the written part of CSS. if it is true then what is the utility of giving group preference at the time of submitting application forms??
which one stays valid???

Yes you have to give group preferences before interview.
Written part preferences is just formality. Maximum they can ask you on interview table that why you have changed preferences if there is any contradiction in before and after written preferences but there is no harm in this
