yes indeed it is scoring if you prepare it well. I scored 150 in CE-2012.

you should not opt economics,bkz css is just a scoring game and i dont think economics is of those catogries.Though I opted it and hve given attempt of 2013 yet i dont think i will get what i deserve of satisfactory score.its just a piece of advice to u so dont rely on it where i experienced myself.
