Question Four occasions of Cabinet change?

Hey guys I need some help regarding a question of Political Science that was in the paper of the year 2011. The question is as follows:

What are the principles on which British Cabinet is organized and functions? Also mention four occasions of Cabinet change.

As far as the first part of the question is concerned, it is quite clear what is being asked. But the second part got me confused. What are the four occasions of Cabinet change?
