Good WOrk...... There is just one thing i need to discuss with u ravalia since u and i are the only ones here for physics.

I was checking the past papers and i got this weird thing....

In 2008 paper , there is an out of syllabus part of the question in paper 1 , determine the root mean square velocity ? This is not stated in the syllabus and it is combined with maxwell equation.

Same thing repeated in 2009 paper where there is a proof for clausius and kelvin-planck equations with respect to 2nd law of thermodynamics. It is also not in the syllabus but it is there.

What do u think ? am i mistaking something ?? are the above mentioned things part or subpart of the same article ??? your views required !

well brother i ve seen a lot of difficulties + complicated things in physics past papers ....n ofcourse nw i ve not as such encourging to opt. this subj in css exams.....

as u had asked about 2008 maxwell equation ...i ve'nt read calculation of root mean square value relevent to maxwell equation ...............i think so its not wd maxwell equation.................

well bro , i would like to give you a long convincing speech but i guess it would not play an important role in ur selection but i would just say that , if one sets a target and later on realizes he can't do that , there is nothing much in this world for him !

one great point of physics is that the marks are mathematical , you can expect to score great in this subject , believe me , i didn't know the ABC of physics , but now i am comprehending equations and cracking numericals . but again , one's interest really matters and i wish u best of luck for making a smart decision

P.S. would u like to share the complications u have found in past physics papers , i might be able to help u or find a solution because i havenot seen that much odd things in the exam except the aforementioned things in my first post here !!

---

First , Do u have any source for the 2009 pysics paper II ? the guy who has uploaded the papers forgot to upload 2009 paper 2 . thanks in advance !

Well apparently i have solved the mystery of the unknown questions and it has really helped me to get a clear perspective of things. It has been written at FPSC syllabus pdf file that

B.—”The topics mentioned under each subject are only indicative
and not exhaustive of the field covered by that subject. A candidate should
study the whole subject with the help of relevant books. Some of the reading
materials have been suggested for each subject for the guidance of the candidate

DEVOLUTION GEEK will become famous soon enough
Post These are a part of Syllabus

@ aliz_khanz
Dear bro, both of these topics are from the syllabus. Root mean square velocity, is an important quantity of statistical measurement (of Sinusoidal Signals) in Physics, and you will come across it, time & again while going through the text of Electricity and magnetism. As Maxwell Equation deals with the sinusoidal signals so RMS bears a direct relation with it. Being an Electrical Engineer, I know one thing for sure that there are a lot of direct & indirect mathematical & statistical derivations attached to every topic.

As far as I know, Kelvin-Plank & Clauses statements are revered as a way of expression 2 nd law of thermodynamics. We can’t understand the true spirit of this law without passing through the fecund pastures of these statements.
