Post Theory of Relativity and Lorentz transformation

Can anyone let me know that how to perform the Inverse Lorentz Transformation? and What to prepare in Theory of Relativity? other than the time dilation etc.

among the theory of relativity first explain the General and Special theory of relativity.
after that Length Contraction,mass dillation and time dillation
