Dear brother sorry for being late, being an Mphil scholar, I can say that its a acoring subject, one can get through it with flying colours if they have good command over concept. Im again stressing on concept. If the things are clear to u, and obviously, being a css aspirant, one can easily explain the cleared concept in good english. Regarding my preparation, I only went on concept, insh Allah I have one attempt left, which will be what the doctor orders.
