senoirs please suggest me that is k.Ali enough for muslin history and culture?

Depends if you just want to pass the paper, it's more than enough. If you're looking for marks, good score & allocation, you may want to read Philip K. Hitti too.

" A short history of Islam" by mazhar ul haq and " history of muslim spain" by mazhar ul haq...these two books are good..... you can also study book by "hitti"..... another book named " Islamic history and culture " by s.m.shahid cover almost whole syllabi......

You'll have to study from multiple resources in order to cover the maximum syllabus. Perfection is good but its unfounded yet. In order to cover most of the syllabus, study A short history of Islam by Mazhar-ul-Haq Siddiqui in addition to some chapters from Philip K. Hitti's History of Arabs.
