Suppose there are two worlds one is full of love, art and beauty which is depicted on Urn, which survived through many centuries and thus represents the immortality of art. While second world is full of pain, suffering and poignancy and here love or happiness is transciet. Now temporary Keats finds refuge in the world of immortal art and love (as presented by Urn). But soon (in forth stanza) he realises that little town depicted on the urn will always remain empty and silent like other things on Urn. So after escaping into the world of immortality he finds himself compelled to return to the real world and concludes that all pains of real world are more satifying than the cold remote perfection of the marbal Urn. I hope now there is no more confusion?

Truth and beauty are interrelated and truth is always a best choice to choose.

However meaning of all these lines is "don't escape from reality. Sachai ko mano and sachai ye ha k urn is immortal and lifeless. So according to the Keats though is full of beauty but real beauty lies in acceptance of this world (reality) na k es dunia k sachai sy escape karny mein. Don't take my word "world" in general sense but in a symbolic sense.
